Hotel Booking Instructions
We have negotiated a significant discount on hotel guest rooms for conference attendees at $159 per night.
This includes MEALS during the conference, Unlimited Internet access (wired and wireless) in guest room and lobby areas, Complimentary Bottled Waters in-room (replenished daily), access to Aji Spa Fitness work-out room, Tennis Court and full tennis equipment rental (subject to availability) and Expanded Shuttle Service.PLEASE NOTE
- In order to attend the conference, you MUST book hotel rooms at this venue and they MUST be booked on or before Friday, May 3rd to guarantee the reduced rate.
- There is a limited number of rooms available (on a first-come first-served basis) at the $159 per night rate. Once the group rooms are exhausted, the room rate will be the non-discounted rate, which will be approx. $300+
- Attendees of the event nor any intermediary shall be permitted to resell or otherwise transfer to persons not associated with HCL America / CAMWorks reservations for guestrooms.
