The post processor provided from the Post Processor Library is only compatible with CAMWorks and SolidWorks CAM.  We have attempted to develop the post processor to  work on the most common configuration of the selected CNC machine tool.  However, there are many factors that may cause a post processor to not be compatible with your CNC machine tool including, but not limited to, the machine control software version and machine control parameter settings.  It is your sole responsibility to make sure that the output generated by the post processor is compatible with your CNC machine tool.  Before using the post processor for production purposes be sure to test it carefully as the posted output may not match your particular CNC configuration and requirements.
 

If you encounter a critical issue with the output from the downloaded post processor, please email CWSupport@hcl.com with an explanation of the needed changes and attach the downloaded post processor file.  If you require specific customization changes to the post processor, please contact your CAMWorks or SolidWorks CAM reseller.

 
Your use of any post processor from this library is governed by the CAMWorks and SolidWorks CAM License and Services Agreement.

 
One final note:

Safety comes first so please be careful!  Misuse or lack of familiarity with machining can result in harm to the machine operator or damage to the CNC machine tool, fixtures, or tooling.  Before operating a CNC machine tool make sure to follow the applicable safety instructions and guidelines.
